Dumpster Daddies Junk Removal provides junk removal, dumpster rentals, demolition, furniture removal, storage unit cleanouts, and commercial cleanout services in the Leander, Cedar Park, Austin, and greater Central Texas area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
All quotes provided through our Site, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information provided by you. Final pricing may vary based on actual volume, weight, type of materials, accessibility, and other factors assessed at the time of service. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work materially differs from what was originally described. Any price adjustments will be communicated to you before work begins or continues.
Appointments are scheduled based on mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

We do not accept hazardous waste, medical waste, biohazardous materials, asbestos, radioactive materials, explosives, ammunition, or any materials prohibited by federal, Texas state, or local regulations. If prohibited items are discovered during a job, we reserve the right to refuse removal and may charge for time and labor already incurred.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your property during service, including the use of floor runners and door guards where appropriate. If any damage occurs as a direct result of our negligence, we will repair or compensate for the damage in accordance with our Property Protection Promise. You are responsible for identifying and communicating any property conditions or obstacles that may affect our ability to perform services safely.
Dumpster rentals are subject to the following additional terms:
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service. Returned checks or failed payments may result in additional fees. Past-due accounts may be referred to collections in accordance with Texas law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dumpster Daddies Junk Removal, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
